How long does shipping take?
All our canvasses are custom printed when you order one.
On average, we can produce and ship your canvas to you in 2 to 5 working days in the following counties/continents: Europe, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and Mexico.
This can take a little longer for other countries depending on what county it's been shipped to.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can most of our orders are provided with a tracking link that will be provided by email when your canvas is shipped.

Lift-off Motivation has a total of 7 locations in Mexico, Spain, Canada, Australia, United States, The Netherlands, and United Kingdom) where we ship from. With multiple locations, we can reduce our delivery time and lower the use of carbon emissions.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a big variety of payment methods. Like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Paypal, iDeal, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Besides that, we also accept crypto payments through Coinbase Merchant to pay with a cryptocurrency of your likings like Bitcoin, Ethereum, USD Coin, Litecoin, Dai, and Bitcoin Cash.
What currency will I be charged in?
You will be billed in your chosen currency. Lift-off currently allows for checking out in Euros, US Dollars, or GB Pound. When you choose to pay with a cryptocurrency through Coinbase Merchant. Coinbase will convert the total amount into the selected cryptocurrency you selected.


What should I do if I received a damaged product?
We are sorry that your canvas came with flaws! Please contact us at: from the e-mail address used to place your order and send us some photos of the canvas received as well as the box so that we can help.
I received the wrong canvas, what now?
